Antonio L. Hamilton is an entrepreneur and commercial real estate broker affiliated with JCDawson Global Real Estate, and a CCIM candidate — representing the 1.5% of African Americans in the field. His passion lies in helping small business owners develop, manage, and scale their companies.

Since 2006, he has built and led multiple businesses, from fitness studios to real estate ventures, always driven by a commitment to empowering others. He dedicates 20% of his work to women- and minority-owned businesses and first-time entrepreneurs, leveling the playing field and improving equity in the communities he serves.

In commercial real estate, he specializes in sports, entertainment, and religious facilities — a focus close to his heart, inspired by his grandmother’s influence and his upbringing in the church. He has guided congregations through acquisitions, dispositions, and growth, helping them find spaces that serve their mission.

Beyond business, he is a certified USA Boxing coach, 2nd-degree black belt, and lifelong martial artist. He is passionate about developing programs that build soft skills and physical discipline in young men. His journey has taken him from graphic design and marketing to corporate leadership, wellness entrepreneurship, and real estate, giving him a uniquely broad skill set to serve his clients.
